Salthill
Salthill is bustling coastal village known for its sandy beaches and 3km long promenade, with stunning views of he bay and the backdrop of the burren. Popular with locals for walks, swimming, and meet up with friend, its not too far from the city itself. Salthill has a good mix of restuarants with a good holiday atmosphere, with attractions like the Blackrock Diving Tower and the Galway Atlantaquarim.

Our crew love being a tourist in our home town, there is so much to do within a days journey. Be it by car, bike or bus you can quickly switch to holiday mode for an hour, an afternoon or take off for the whole day. Galway is blessed by the gods when it comes to natural beauty, 360 degrees around the compass of our city.

Galway Bay Boat Tours
Take a break form roaming the streets of Galway by hopping on a small boat tour and in under an hour, explore the bay and up the river towards Claddagh and the famous Long Walk, to hear the history of the Olivers, the last Claddagh family to still be fishing today.

Galway Girl Cruises
For a longer trip on the water, immerse yourself in traditional music, dancing and folklore as the Connolly brothers take you out and across the bay towards the Burren on a 90 minute tour and see the city from the sea.

Take a trip to Cong and head out from Lisloughrey Harbour on a stunning high speed sightseeing trip to a selection of scenic bays, idyllic harbours and wild islands on Lough Corrib. Experience the varied wildlife and superb mountain views as you zip your way between islands and exploring bays, harbours and wild islands as you go. This route will also take you past the world famous Ashford Castle and grounds on the way back to Lisloughrey Harbour giving you the opportunity to see this wonderful location from a unique perspective.
